[Help]Need a Developer

Hi,everyone
I was developing a rom but my pc stopped working and won't work again so till I fix my pc
I need adeveloper who can patch arabic and do some works on setting.apk
I will post my stuff need to modifiy and will post the links of the threads that will help the developer for modifying.
